Do I remain independent?
Yes, you build your own recruitment business within the agreements of the Human Talents partner model. You work with your own commercial responsibility and use our infrastructure.
Who owns my client and candidate relationships?
This is recorded in the partner agreement. The starting point is clarity upfront, so everyone knows which agreements apply.
What is included in onboarding and the platform fee?
You get access to the brand, workspace, workflows, templates, training, support and our recruitment method. The exact scope is discussed during the introductory meeting.
Which quality standards apply?
We expect professional recruitment behaviour, careful communication, correct handling of data and a clear focus on quality. Selection is based on experience, integrity and fit with our way of working.
How can I stop?
Notice period, handover and data export are arranged contractually. We discuss this openly during the introductory meeting and record it in the partner agreement.
